why aren't you living there? its amazing

We would highly recommend Holly Point to all of our friends. The floor plans are spacious and quiet, the grounds are well kept, the office staff are friendly and attentive, and the maintenance crew is prompt and courteous. Our family is growing and if we need to move for more space, my husband and I agree that we'll simply move to another apartment here at Holly Point. It is a bit more expensive than some other places that we looked at, but the value for the price is well worth it.

I would tell them that this location is safe, quiet, and well maintained however the parking is horrible.

I would tell them that the community is great place to raise a family. The property management team is responsive to your needs.

peaceful, safe, only problem is the parking is first come first serve and you only get two permanent passes.

It is a safe and clean neighborhood. Homes are large and spacious. Living on the first floor is great due to the patio and backyard space for children to play. It has a beautiful pool area and a nice exercise room. There is plenty of room to walk and plenty of friendly neighbors.

It's a wonderful place to live! Great amenities and maintenance is very reliable and quick. Good neighborhood to rear children in.

I would tell them it is a great place to live. The staff make you feel very welcome and important. I was gven a goody bag when I moved in and thought it was a great gesture. The neighborhood is very quiet and I feel safe here.

I LOVE LIVING HERE!!! These apartments are bigger than most homes in the area, the grounds are beautifully manicured, the community is great, and the staff are all wonderful.

It's a nice and clean and a great place to live. Comments: I would like to see tighter security at the front gate. We need 25lb, 30lb and 35ib dumbbells wieghts in the gym.

Nice community. The only problem is people constanly parking in front of my door (I live in an end unit) leaving me to search for a parking spot elsewhere. Assigned parking would make this place outstanding.
